Our Begginings

VoiceTeam had its beginnings in October 2008 when an innovative young individual took the first step to embark on a project that inspired and filled him with enthusiasm. During a global economic crisis, VoiceTeam started modestly with 35 employees, providing services to a political candidate in the United States. The initial joy soon disappeared as the service was canceled on the second day. As a result, eight years passed, navigating the tumultuous waters of outbound telemarketing, at times with only 15 employees.

2.0 phase

VoiceTeam opened the doors to transition to customer service and technical support. The trust of each client in our work made us grow steadily, resulting in the potential increase of our collaborators. Since then, and thanks to God, the growth has been constant. In December 2021, we broke the barrier of 500 collaborators, much earlier than projected. We expanded to a corporate building and occupied two more buildings dedicated to operations in the city center of Santiago (the second most important city in the Dominican Republic).

By the end of 2022

we achieved the goal of establishing ourselves in other cities, starting our operations in Santo Domingo and San Francisco de Macoris. All of this has been built on the vision of generating well-being for our clients, our team, and the communities, creating jobs, and contributing socially based on a culture of strong fundamental values.
